Men’s Yoga Scholarship
Bringing more men into yoga teacher training is a powerful way to make the practice more accessible and inclusive. When men step into the role of instructor, they help shift the perception that yoga is primarily for women, showing that it truly is for everyone. Representation matters, and seeing male teachers in the studio can inspire more men to explore yoga and experience its incredible benefits. Yoga is a universal practice for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Let’s have that be represented in the yoga teacher population.
The Mission
Our goal is to help create a more balanced and representative yoga community that reflects yoga’s universal and timeless nature.

A Note From Our Teaching Faculty
“We acknowledge that this scholarship doesn’t address every barrier in the yoga community, and we have ongoing work to do to increase accessibility and create equity in yoga. This Diversity Scholarship is part of ongoing work. If you have suggestions for barriers that you think we can address in our yoga school, or for ways to reach communities of color to continue our work on inclusivity, please email us at connect@redlilayoga.com
We recognize that right now our teaching team does not represent the diversity we seek to see in yoga and know that it is important for us to do personal work in order to train BIPOC. We are currently making efforts to grow our team to include members of the BIPOC community and look forward to sharing the results of these efforts with you.”
