200-hour YTT and 300-hour YTT Lead Teacher

As a yoga educator, Lindsay's passion is offering programs and trainings that educate, inspire, and transform both the mind and body. With her Masters of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and background as a collegiate Division I lacrosse athlete, Lindsay effortlessly combines the wisdom of the mind and body for a full yoga experience. Teaching yoga since 2008, she has specialized training in areas like Philosophy, Anatomy, Vinyasa yoga and has a proven successful history of teaching teachers with leading over 30 Yoga Teacher Trainings. KATE MANCHESTERE-RYT 200, RYT 500, Integrative Health Coach, Assistant Lead Teacher 2000-hour YTTKate lives by the mantra “Don’t just live…thrive.” She is passionate about living a healthy life and balances her daily regime with exercise and self-discovery. After a fractured hip during triathalon training, Kate sought her yoga practice for physical and mental recovery. Teaching since 2012, Kate has been co-teaching red lila's 200 hour YTT program since the first training, and has successfully since led over six teacher trainings. She is a self-admitted Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods addict, and is a student of the healing and energizing powers of food.

Recognized as a top fitness trainer in Baltimore, Marissa combines her passion for wellness with her extensive knowledge to offer diverse classes and personalized training. From yoga and spinning to TRX and paddleboard yoga, she brings a wealth of expertise and soul to every session. Growing up on Lake Norman in North Carolina, Marissa’s love for the water and team sports shaped her path to fitness. Her journey through college at UNC Wilmington ignited a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Now, through live well: The Studio, Marissa and her team are committed to helping every individual they meet unleash their inner strength, sweat a little more, and live well.
